Scheer Construction Inc. is looking for an experienced carpenter who takes pride in quality craftsmanship to join our team.

We specialize in building premium custom decks, outdoor living spaces, pergolas, privacy walls, stairs, framing, and other high-quality carpentry projects throughout the Greater Sudbury area.

We're looking for an experienced carpenter who can work independently, take ownership of their work, and make sound decisions on the job site with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate is confident reading plans, solving problems, organizing their work, and maintaining the high standards our company is known for. While you'll often work alongside other team members, you should also be confident taking ownership of a project and seeing it through with minimal supervision when required.
