Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Order Fulfillment & Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate order processing, efficient customer support, and seamless communication across our operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.

Order Fulfillment

- Pick, pack, and check orders with a high degree of accuracy
- Follow established order procedures from start to finish
- Synchronize and update orders in the computer system
- Prepare and print shipping labels (FedEx, UPS, Canada Post)
- Organize orders, prebookings, and related paperwork

Customer & Courier Communication

- Answer incoming phone calls professionally




- Respond to customer emails with transparent, accurate information
- Resolve shipping issues and discrepancies with couriers and clients
- Reach out to new and potential clients

Warehouse Support

- Restock and replenish shelves from incoming boxes

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
