Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and restaurant environment. This position requires a robust focus on food safety, customer service, and efficient time management. The Associate will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and provide excellent service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food and drink items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food handling and sanitation practices comply with health regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Follow all safety protocols while operating kitchen equipment.
- Perform basic math calculations for portioning and inventory purposes.
Qualifications
- Ability to speak Turkish or Arabic is an asset
- Basic math skills for accurate measurement and portioning of food items.
- Experience in food preparation or handling is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
