Front of House Team Member – North & South Indian Restaurant

Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver food and beverages promptly
- Serve and explain menu items with confidence, including both North and South Indian dishes
- Prepare a set rotation of 4–5 front prep items (such as chutneys, mango lassi, and accompaniments) following provided recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and prep counters
- Process bills, handle payments, and ensure a smooth, pleasant dining experience from arrival to departure
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Restock front-of-house supplies and condiments as needed




- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards at all times
