We recently moved into a brand new building, so you'll be working in a clean, modern shop!

We’re a busy shop that specializes in transmissions, drivelines, and differential work, but we’re not just a driveline shop. We also handle brakes, general repairs, and regular vehicle maintenance. That means your days stay interesting and you’ll get exposure to a wide range of work.

We’re a small crew, so attitude matters just as much as skill. If you take pride in your work, like solving mechanical problems, and enjoy working with a good team, you’ll fit right in here!

Our shop focuses on driveline systems, so your day might include:

- Diagnosing and repairing transmissions and driveline systems
- Removing, installing, and servicing transmissions
- Diagnosing and repairing differential issues
- General mechanical repairs and maintenance
- Working closely with a small, experienced team that supports each other
- Brake repairs and inspections
- General vehicle maintenance and mechanical repairs
- Working on suspension components and other common shop repairs
- Supporting the team wherever needed in the shop
- Strong electrical understanding and ability to diagnose electrica is considered an asset

Bonus: If you’re the right candidate, we’ll teach you some specialized skills that most mechanics never get the chance to learn, including:

- Driveshaft building and balancing
- Overhauling and setting up differentials
- Advanced driveline diagnostics





These are niche skills that make you extremely valuable in the industry.

- Minimum: 2nd Year Automotive Apprentice or Journeyman Technician
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Someone who takes pride in their work and attention to detail
- A positive attitude is a must, we’re a small team and we rely on each other
- Willingness to learn specialized driveline skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We’re not currently hiring apprentices below 2nd year, as the role requires mechanical experience.

- You’ll also get the prospect to learn from our experienced transmission builder. When a transmission comes apart, we take the time to show you the internal components, explain what failed, and walk you through why it happened. A hands-on learning experience most mechanics do not get.

Pay: $24.00-$45.00 per hour

Education:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

- Mechanic: 3 years (preferred)
