Synergy Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician for an opportunity to join an established independent automotive service shop with a loyal customer base and a reputation that keeps the schedule full.

This role is ideal for a technician who enjoys staying busy, solving complex mechanical and diagnostic problems, and working on a diverse mix of domestic, Asian, and European vehicles spanning everything from older platforms to today's computer-controlled models.

Experience & Qualifications
Required:

- 5+ years of experience as a service technician




- Red Seal Automotive Service Technician certification
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
- Strong diagnostic and repair ability
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Professional communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, team-oriented work ethic
- Pride in workmanship and customer satisfaction

Strong Assets:

- CVIP endorsement
- Independent shop experience
- Experience with modern scan tools and diagnostic platforms

Core Responsibilities

- Diagnose, inspect, maintain, and repair customer vehicles accurately and efficiently
- Perform mechanical, electrical, drivability, brake, suspension, engine, and drivetrain repairs
- Complete inspections and document findings clearly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Road-test vehicles as required
- Represent the shop with professionalism, integrity, and pride in workmanship
