Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various manual tasks across our project sites, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining safety standards. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment, supporting the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities

- Perform general site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work area
- Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks and preparations for their work
- Operate hand tools and basic machinery under supervision including chainsaws.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Trenching, Shoveling, Raking, and ground prep
- Supporting Pipework and civil construction tasks
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs repetitively
- Help with demolition or site preparation activities when necessary

Requirements

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks,



including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods
- Solid work ethic with attention to safety procedures and regulations
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or similar manual labor roles is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites; valid driver’s license is preferred
- Must be willing to commute to various locations between Hope and Downtown Vancouver.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
