IT Account Manager – THM Canada

Position Overview

We're seeking an IT Account Manager to build and maintain strategic relationships with new and prospective clients while identifying new business opportunities. This is a pure sales role focused on cold and warm outreach, relationship building, business development, and revenue growth within existing and net new accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as primary point of contact for prospective and existing accounts, building trusted advisor relationships with key decision makers
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities across your portfolio
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Understand client business needs and position appropriate IT solutions including hardware, software licensing, and cloud services




- Present business cases and value propositions to C-level executives and IT decision makers
- Negotiate contracts and close deals

Required Qualifications

- College or university graduate in a related field
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
- Working knowledge of IT solutions including hardware, software licensing, and cloud services
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales methodologies
