As our Creative Content Specialist (Videographer/Photographer), you'll plan, capture and produce engaging photo and video content that showcases our dealerships, brands, people, and events across our digital channels. Working closely with dealership teams and reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll identify content opportunities, develop creative concepts, capture high-quality visuals, and deliver polished assets that align with manufacturer brand standards. From photographing new vehicle arrivals and customer deliveries to producing social media content, dealership features, event coverage, and drone footage, you'll help tell the story of Mark Motors Group through compelling visual content.

Position Details

Location : 458 Montreal Road Ottawa, Ontario
Position : Full-Time (In-Person)

This role is based at our corporate office with regular travel to Mark Motors Group dealerships throughout the Ottawa-Gatineau region. Occasional evenings and weekends are required to support events and launches.

What You'll bring

- - Strong portfolio demonstrating photography and videography experience.
- Creative storytelling skills with an understanding of social media trends.
- Experience as a videographer, photographer, content creator, or similar visual storytelling role.
- Ability to independently plan content and collaborate with dealership teams.
- Excellent organization and time management.
- Confidence directing employees and customers on camera.
- Knowledge of automotive brand standards is an asset.
- Bilingual (English/French) is considered a strong asset.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

Technical Skills

- Adobe Premiere Pro

- Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom

- Professional DSLR/mirrorless camera systems





- Drone photography/videography (licence preferred)

- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube

- After Effects and motion graphics experience is an asset

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and create weekly photo and video content across all dealerships.

- Capture photo and video of vehicles, employees, customers, events and facilities.

- Develop creative concepts, shot lists, content calendars and scripts.

- Edit and deliver high-quality content for social media, websites, digital advertising and internal marketing initiatives.

- Produce short-form social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.

- Produce drone content where appropriate.

- Maintain organized media libraries.

- Ensure all content meets manufacturer and corporate brand standards.

- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to prioritize projects and align content with strategic marketing objectives.

- Stay current on social media trends, photography/videography techniques and creative best practices.

Salary: $60,000–$62,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
