Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Square POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and food safety protocols
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including food handling and sanitation practices
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operationsRequirements




- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry enhances performance
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology for efficient order processing
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment through excellent time management skills
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and transaction processing
- Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles demonstrates your ability to deliver guest-focused service
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation processes is a plus but not required
