Location: EYES Optometry, 30 Main St East, Kingsville, ON Position Type: Temporary Part-Time (Up to 9 month contract) with the possibility to join our team permanently!

What You’ll Do (and love!)
Make Every Patient Shine
- Greet patients with a warm smile and positive vibes—on the phone and in person!
- Be a go-to helper for doctors, staff, and patients, creating a welcoming and upbeat clinic atmosphere.
Be a Style Guru
- Guide patients in picking the perfect frames for their face, lifestyle, and personality.
- Share your eyewear expertise: frame shapes, materials, lens options, coatings, and the latest tech.
- Recommend products that blend fashion and function—because everyone deserves to look AND see their best!
Sales & Orders Made Easy
- Lead the sales process with confidence from the first hello to the final “wow, I love them!”
- Ensure all orders are flawless, accurate, and handled like a pro.
Insurance & Documentation
- Check patient insurance coverage for eyewear orders.
- Keep files and documentation neat, complete, and organized.
Repairs & Touch-Ups
- Help with minor frame repairs and adjustments when the optician is busy.
Keep Things Sparkling
- Enter and track frame inventory with precision.
- Assist with showroom displays and inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean, stylish, and organized workspace.
Team Player & Trendsetter
- Stay up-to-date on eyewear trends and industry knowledge.
- Support the team wherever needed and take pride in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
No Optical Experience? No Problem! If you love fashion, retail, or customer service—and have a passion for eyewear—we’ll provide the training to make you an optical superstar!
You Bring:
- A positive, outgoing attitude and love for helping people
- Strong communication skills
- A flair for fashion, detail, and organization
- Experience with insurance, sales, or optical software is a bonus, but not required!
