Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years experience in the restaurant industry
- At least 5 years experience working the meat station (grill / meat section)
- Strong knowledge of meat preparation, cooking temperatures, and plating
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced kitchen
