KEY RESPONSABILITIES

- Answering phone calls, responding to emails to assist customers with spare parts inquiries.
- Prepare quotes, Order entry, Purchase orders and Invoices and assist with monthly reports.
- Parts selection following customers' requests.
- Meet Sales and Spare parts targets.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Keep ERP records up to date (customers,



contact information etc.).
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Keeping current on new products and upgrading equipment, retrofits, and parts knowledge
- Learn our ERP system.
- Maintain knowledge of our products and services.
- Communicate regularly with head office and accounting to track customer billing.
- Drive continuous process improvements.
- Resolve and manage discrepancies with suppliers and customers.
- Coordinate the logistics of importation of parts and stock orders.
- Additional responsibilities may be given from time.

REQUIREMENTS

- Post-secondary education in Business, Mechanical, or Technical studies required.
- 1–3 years of experience in a parts, warehouse, or customer service role (HVAC or mechanical industry experience preferred).
- Customer-focused, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work in a sometimes fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic mathematics.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office specifically Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat and other computer software.



Experience using ERP systems (such as SAP) is an asset.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs within a Warehouse environment.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

- Full time (weekdays)
- 37.5 hours per week
- Flexible schedule between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.
