Long Point Eco-Adventures is looking for dynamic individuals who can blend the excitement of adventure guiding with the warmth of hospitality. Successful candidates will be part of a team that ensures our guests have an unforgettable experience, whether soaring through the trees on a zipline or relaxing in our Glamping Suites and Pods. Hospitality Crew Member (Cleaning Department) Responsibilities:

- Arrive on-site on time and ready to work.
- Service/clean all guest accommodations in office, focusing on providing a top-notch guest experience.
- Keep cleaning facilities and site facilities in order.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service while communicating with guests.
- Report any issues/problems to department heads.
- Use positive, open, and appropriate communication with all staff members.
- Act as an ambassador for Long Point Eco-Adventures on and off-site.
- Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications for Roles:

- High school diploma required; preference given to those currently enrolled in or graduates of a recognized college/university program.
- Candidates must be at least 16 years of age on or before April 1st.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods of time in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills with both adults and youth in group or individual settings.
- Ability to minimize stressful situations and work well in a team environment.




- Strong attention to detail while performing cleaning tasks and consistently following health and safety policies and procedures
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions for long period of time.
- No experience necessary; outdoor recreation, athletics, and/or hospitality experience considered an asset.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends (as needed)

All crew members must be able to work long hours outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, and must be in good physical shape. Crew Members must be available to work days, weekends and holidays. from April 25th – Nov. 15th. (Post Secondary students applying will be required to work until Sept. 4th).

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
