Overview
We are seeking skilled Flat Roofers and Flat Roofing Labourers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a solid background in roofing and construction, demonstrating expertise in various roofing techniques and materials. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. As a Flat Roofer or Flat Roofing Labourer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on commercial buildings.

Duties

- Install roofing systems using a variety of materials including TPO, two-ply mod bit, BUR, and metal cap.
- Perform repairs on existing roofs to ensure they remain watertight and structurally sound.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues or areas needing maintenance.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in all roofing tasks.
- Apply caulking and sealants as needed to prevent leaks.




- Lift heavy materials and equipment as required during installations or repairs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in roofing or related construction fields is preferred.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in roofing tasks.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry principles is an advantage.
- Experience with caulking techniques for sealing roofs is beneficial.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights safely.
- Previous maintenance person experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
