Job Description:

- To plan, manage and control all MEP CAD project related activities, including project management, quality control, timely delivery .
- To work on MEP Co-ordination projects using Revit MEP with Fabrication tools
- To work on a variety of HVAC / Plumbing / Electrical projects in 3D environment.
- To ensure the delivery of Modeling / Clash-free / Installation & Spool drawings on time and to budget and to agreed quality levels.
- Prepare detailed construction layout drawings as required, based on engineering design drawings, project specifications, verbal instructions, rough notes, and rough sketches.
- Develop Installation and fabrication drawings for a wide range of mechanical systems such as piping, plumbing, sheet metal, hangers, sleeving, etc.
- Interact with the project team to develop construction layouts efficiently and accurately while maintaining any time and schedule constraints.
- To follow project processes.

Education , Skills and Experience Required:

- 2 year College Diploma in relevant stream
- 3-5 years of related design build experience in mechanical construction as MEP CAD Technician and possess good confidence about coordinating projects.
- Advanced knowledge of Revit, Navisworks,



AutoCAD and AutoCAD MEP. Proficiency in MS Office .
- Should have experience of working on wide range of online collaboration tools and resources. ( BIM360, OFFICE365 , TEAMS , PROCORE etc)
- Robust mechanical skills with all aspects of building services including but not limited to – heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, pipe systems for heating, domestic water supplies and gases, drainage and public health systems.
- Ability to develop and coordinate 3D construction models with spatial coordination for all services and other disciplines including structural steel and reinforce concrete.
- Must be a team player with advanced technical and communication skills.
- Good people and time-management skills coupled with multi-tasking ability.
- Highly developed understanding of mechanical construction, installation methods, technologies, planning & management and commissioning process, etc.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the applicable codes and standards such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, CSA, NRC/CNRC etc. includes all fittings as per Fitting schedule
