Full time Bilingual Receptionist (Maritime Fireplaces, Moncton, NB)

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday until 6:00 PM, plus every second Saturday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

About the Role:
As the first face and voice customers encounter when they visit or call our showroom, you'll set the tone for their experience. You'll keep the front desk running smoothly and support our sales and service teams so they can focus on customers.

What You'll Do:

- Greet and welcome customers warmly and professionally
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the right department or person
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and paperwork
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide general information about our products and services
- Keep the reception area and showroom entrance clean and welcoming
- Keep kitchen clean, including dishes




- Work with the team to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

- Bilingual in English and French (required)
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is an asset
- Comfortable with computers and point-of-sale or office software
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a busy showroom
- Professional phone manner with strong verbal and written communication skills
