Calm Heart Studio is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Pilates Barre Instructor to join our growing team!
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of Pilates Barre teaching experience
- Energetic, positive, and bubbly personality
- Passionate about helping clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals
- Professional, reliable, and punctual
- Willing and able to travel between both of our studio locations when needed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Lead safe, engaging, and motivating Pilates Barre classes for clients of all fitness levels.
- Educate and guide clients throughout each session, ensuring proper technique, alignment, and form.
- Create a positive, supportive, and welcoming environment for all participants.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure an outstanding client experience.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their individual goals and offer appropriate modifications when needed.
- Encourage and motivate clients throughout their fitness journey while promoting a strong sense of community.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment.
