Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by preparing high-quality dishes and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent food handling skills, and experience in a rapid-paced restaurant setting. Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
- Cook and assemble dishes efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying management of stock needs
- Support other kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service
- Adhere to all health regulations related to food handling and safety protocols

Qualifications





- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Robust teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration
- Basic understanding of serving practices and food industry standards
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or evenings if required
