Duties

- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational goals and community needs
- Lead and supervise staff, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture
- Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring fiscal responsibility and resource allocation that supports program success
- Manage multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring they meet quality standards and achieve desired outcomes
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, partners, donors, and community leaders to enhance organizational visibility and support
- Monitor organizational compliance with legal, regulatory, and funding requirements




- Represent the organization at public events, conferences, and meetings to advocate for its mission and expand its network

Experience

- Proven administrative experience in leading nonprofit or similar organizations with a track record of successful management
- Strong budgeting skills with experience in financial planning, monitoring budgets, and resource allocation
- Demonstrated program management expertise, including planning, implementation, evaluation, and reporting
- Supervising experience with teams of varying sizes; ability to motivate and develop staff members
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
- Familiarity with organizational governance structures and compliance standards
