Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working individual to join our team at Brews Brothers as a Baker. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a versatile knowledge of baked goods. This role involves preparing doughs, batters and being creative when it comes to trying new things. We endeavor to ensure high standards of food safety, and provide excellent products to our customers.

Duties

- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods
- Handle food preparation tasks such as mixing, measuring, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food handling practices meet safety and sanitation standards
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow recipes accurately and adapt to special requests or dietary needs




- Support the team during busy periods by managing multiple tasks efficiently

Qualifications

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Familiarity with food industry standards for cleanliness and safety
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
