Right now, we’re looking for an energetic, motivated Sales Consultant who wants to build a real career and earn serious income while doing it.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Greeting customers and helping them find the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget
- Learning the Ram, Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler & Wagoneer lineup inside and out
- Following up with leads and past customers to build long-term relationships
- Guiding clients through the purchase and financing process
- Staying up to date on promotions, incentives, and inventory
- Working with your sales managers to close deals and exceed monthly sales goals
- Representing Orillia Dodge with enthusiasm, professionalism, and confidence

What We’re Looking For

The right person will have:

- Strong communication and people skills
- A competitive, self-motivated mindset




- Sales experience (automotive is great, but we can train the right person)
- A valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean record
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfort working in a performance-based commission environment

Pay: $55,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
