Mill Creek Painters is a growing residential and commercial painting company known for delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. As we expand our presence in Edmonton, we are looking to add motivated and driven Field Sales Representatives to our sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for self-starters who are confident closers and want to earn uncapped income through commission-based sales.
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced and motivated Field Sales Representatives who can confidently meet with potential clients, provide estimates, and close deals. While we will provide some leads, successful candidates must also be proactive in generating their own opportunities through networking, prospecting, and outreach.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and are motivated by commission-based earnings.
Responsibilities
- Meet with residential and commercial clients to provide painting estimates
- Present services and close sales in person
- Follow up with provided leads and convert them into booked projects
- Prospect and generate your own leads through networking, door-to-door outreach, referrals, and local marketing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Maintain organized communication and sales tracking
- Represent the Mill Creek Painters brand professionally in the field
Requirements
- Proven ability to close sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Comfortable with prospecting and generating new business
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Previous experience in sales, home services, or construction sales is an asset
Compensation
- 100% Commission-Based
- Uncapped earning potential
- High commission per closed project
- Leads provided in addition to self-generated opportunities
