We are a growing manufacturing company specializing in commercial and industrial doors.

We are looking for a motivated individual with hands-on trades experience who is interested in transitioning into operations, sales, and business management.

This is a career development role, not just a shop position.

What You’ll Do

This is a hybrid role combining shop floor experience and office-based responsibilities:

Shop / Production (when required)

- Door assembly and fabrication
- Assisting with production workflow
- Working with tools and materials

Office / Business Operations

- Prepare quotations and sales support documents
- Coordinate with customers and sales reps
- Assist with order processing and project tracking
- Support inventory and production planning

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in trades (construction, metal, carpentry, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Interest in moving into business, operations, or sales roles
- Good communication skills (English)
- Comfortable using computers (emails,



basic systems)
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
