We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to our agile, fast-paced growth. In this role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to identify key challenges, define data requirements, analyze complex datasets, and generate actionable insights. You'll also create impactful dashboards and presentations that drive informed decision-making.

What You’ll Do:
- Clean, analyze and visualize large datasets using Python, SQL, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to generate actionable business insights.
- Manage direct communication with clients, lead analytics product demonstrations, and oversee end-to-end project delivery.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, build tests and alerts to ensure data quality, monitor various KPIs, automate reports and data integrations.
- Create risk management models, interactive dashboards, and analytical reports to derive insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and develop new product lines, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic roadmap.
- Research, recommend, and implement best practices in risk management and data processing to enhance the efficiency and reliability of analytics.
- Work closely with the CIO and leadership team to advance the COMPASS product and drive key strategic initiatives.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills,
with the ability to communicate effectively with internal departments and external clients.
- Proven experience in ETL pipelines, data warehousing, data analysis, and communicating clear insights from complex data.
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas & NumPy), SQL, BI tools and Excel. (Technical assessments may be conducted before/during the interview process.)
- Attention to detail, ability to think critically and solve complex problems creatively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Ability to commute to our downtown Toronto location four days a week.

Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
