We bring in premium residential service requests and match them with qualified independent plumbers. Our streamlined Contractor Portal makes it easy to review jobs, manage photos and documentation, track payments, and close out work—letting you focus on the trade, not the admin.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing service work, including troubleshooting, repairs, and replacements.
- Manage job flow using the ValveOn Contractor Portal (accept jobs, upload photos, complete work orders).
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners.
- Offer honest recommendations based on diagnostics.
- Maintain tidy work practices and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements
- Journeyman Plumber certification (or equivalent experience).
- A valid driver’s licence and a dependable service vehicle.
- Standard residential plumbing tools.
- Liability insurance.
- Gas and boiler tickets are an advantage but not mandatory.
