About the Role

Ghostrider Motorsports is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to support our accounting operations on a part-time basis. This role is hybrid, the successful candidate must be based in Fernie, BC and available to attend the dealership as needed to pick up invoices, process deposits, and handle physical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and manage accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Match invoices to purchase orders and ensure proper approvals
- Prepare and reconcile vendor statements
- Assist with bank deposits and basic reconciliations
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records
- Support the accounting team with additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

- Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience required
- Dealership experience is considered an asset
- Experience with Lightspeed DMS is considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy




- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
- Must be located in Fernie, BC and able to attend the office as required

- Competitive hourly wage: $19 – $21, based on experience
