Upper Richmond Optometry is seeking a dedicated Optometric Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator to join our collaborative and supportive team. If you are passionate about patient care and looking to grow in the eye care industry, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

- Scheduling appointments and managing patient records accurately and efficiently

- Conducting pre-testing, diagnostic imaging, specialty testing, and full work-ups including medical and ocular histories, visual acuities, and instilling dilating drops

- Educating patients on doctor-recommended supplements, eye drops, and ocular hygiene products





- Handling insurance billing and processing payments

- Maintaining a clean and organized clinical space
