Position Overview

Are you a proactive, adaptable leader who thrives in dynamic environments? We are seeking a Travelling Continuous Improvement Team Member

In this highly visible role, you will act as a Continuous Improvement Team Member and relief leader across our Ontario and Nova Scotia branches. You will step in to support and cover key leadership vacancies—including Supervisor, Operations Manager, and Warranty Specialist roles. You will support all major operational functions—including warehouse management, customer service, inventory control, and administrative processes—while executing, training, and overseeing these activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Interim Leadership & Relief: Step in seamlessly to run branch operations, supervise local teams, and manage warranty workflows during leadership vacancies.
- Continuous Improvement: Audit local processes to identify inefficiencies, implement solutions, and drive operational excellence across all branches.
- Training & Execution: Train, mentor, and oversee branch staff to build cohesive, compliant, and high-performing teams.
- Warehouse & Inventory Control: Oversee inventory counts, optimize warehouse layouts, and ensure strict adherence to supply chain safety standards.
- Customer Service & Warranty Oversight: Resolve escalated customer issues and manage complex warranty claims to maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications





- Proven Leadership: 3+ years of experience in operations management, supervisory roles, or industrial service management.
- Extreme Adaptability: Proven ability to travel frequently, adapt quickly to new facility layouts, and manage diverse operational tasks on short notice.
- Strong Technical & Compliance Aptitude: Prior experience dealing with warranty claims, vehicle/equipment maintenance, or inventory control processes.
- Exceptional Communication: Natural ability to train, influence, and build trust with cross-functional teams across different provinces.
- Logistics Ready: Must possess a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the flexibility to fly or drive between Ontario and Nova Scotia locations as required.
