Job Overview:

We are looking for an overnight Front Desk & Security Representative to join our small team. Prior experience is helpful, but not essential. A positive friendly attitude working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to be able to multi-task is required. Must be able to work alone, with a flexible schedule which includes the overnight hours and weekends.

Some of the daily tasks are listed below:

-Carryout building security checks.

- Be present and visible at the front desk assisting late arrivals.

· Interact with guests and homeowners in a polite, welcoming, professional manner.

· Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries and emergencies.

· Assist owners and guests with storage of luggage, skis, snowboards, and bikes.

· Provide directions and local information (i.e., restaurants, transit, taxis, and activities).





· Assist with the front desk coffee station and shop items.

· Complete office admin tasks and duties as required.

This is a part-time position to start, with the prospect to become a permanent full-time roll. MUST BE COMMITTED TO WORKING OVER NIGHT.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 per hour
