Outlaw Eagle Manufacturing is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Sales representative to lead our sales efforts and continue growing one of the most respected names in the jet boating industry.
This isn't a typical sales position. Our customers are purchasing premium, custom-built boats, and they expect knowledgeable guidance from their first conversation through final delivery. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, understands consultative selling, and takes pride in providing an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Generate new sales opportunities through digital inquiries, networking and outbound prospecting.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and qualify new leads.
- Guide customers through the boat selection and customization process.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and purchase agreements.
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with production and management to communicate build schedules and customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
- Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
- Work with our marketing team to provide customer stories, content ideas and market feedback.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience in sales, business development or account management.
- Is confident starting conversations and building new relationships.
- Communicates professionally in person, over the phone and by email.
- Is highly organized and able to manage multiple customers at different stages.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where every project is different.
- Is self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
- Has an interest in boating, powersports, automotive or other recreational industries (an asset, but not required).
