As a Commercial Site Supervisor, working under the direction of the Construction Project Manager, you will oversee commercial construction and restoration projects from mobilization to handover, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. We are looking for someone with proven experience leading commercial job sites, solid sub-trade management skills, and a sharp eye for building codes and safety regulations.

The Package:

Total Compensation & Perks

- Total Compensation Package: $32 – $38 per hour (inclusive of base wage and total package value).
- Schedule: 36-hour work week (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week, paid for 40 hours).

Key Responsibilities

- Hands on Execution: Perform skilled construction work alongside your crew to drive daily project progress.
- Site Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, coordinating employees, subcontractors,



and suppliers to keep projects on schedule.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce all company safety policies and Saskatchewan OH&S; regulations to maintain a hazard-free site.
- Quality Control: Conduct site inspections to ensure all work meets building codes, project specifications, and our high-quality standards.
- Site Administration: Maintain accurate daily reports, safety documentation, and deficiency lists
- Team Support: Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication with Project Managers and clients.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience supervising commercial construction projects.
- Strong hands-on carpentry/construction skills with a solid understanding of commercial building systems.
- Proven experience coordinating multiple trades and the ability to motivate crews on-site.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to read blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
- Proficiency with construction management software.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
- Clear Criminal Record Check
