Vitro Pure is a window cleaning company based in Montreal, serving clients across the Greater Montreal area and outskirts. Founded 4 years ago, we’ve built a reputation for quality and reliability — and we’re looking for someone to help us grow.

We’re looking for a closer who can bring in current clients through calls, outreach, and marketing efforts, and who’s comfortable speaking with clients in both English and French.

Duties:

- Cold call and follow up with prospective residential and commercial clients across Greater Montreal
- Create and manage paid ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram, Google) to generate inbound leads
- Respond to inbound leads promptly and convert them into booked jobs
- Negotiate pricing and close deals directly with clients
- Handle all client communication in both English and French, written and verbal
- Track leads, follow-ups, and closed deals in an organized system (spreadsheet or CRM)




- Report weekly on leads generated, deals closed, and revenue booked
- Identify new outreach channels and marketing opportunities specific to home services in Montreal

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales or closing deals — required
- Experience running paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) or willingness to demonstrate past results
- Cold calling experience with a track record of converting calls into clients
- Fluent in both English and French, spoken and written
- Highly organized, able to manage leads and follow-ups without supervision
- Self-motivated and comfortable working entirely on commission
- Familiarity with the Montreal home services / local market is an asset
