We are seeking a friendly and attentive Front House Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash, process payments, and give correct change with basic math skills
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation,



and adherence to food safety regulations
- Assist in setting up tables, cleaning work areas, and maintaining a clean dining environment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction
- Manage guest inquiries or concerns professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience

Requirements

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, skilled demeanor
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cashiering and billing purposes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in the hospitality industry
- Must be fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese and English

Pay: $18.25 per hour
