Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook and Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to order, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. This role is essential in delivering a memorable dining experience for our guests through effective meal preparation and exceptional food service. Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, and measuring to ensure timely meal assembly
- Cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks to support kitchen operations during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including proper storage of food items
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure hygiene and prevent cross-contamination
- Serve dishes promptly and courteously to guests or servers in a fast-paced environment




- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking
- Adhere to all health regulations and safety procedures within the kitchen environment

Experience

- Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices is advantageous
- Experience working in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation is a plus

Pay: $15.00 per hour
