We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate a multi-trade maintenance team in a fast-paced industrial environment. The successful candidate will supervise electricians, plumbers, drivers, maintenance technicians, and other skilled trades personnel, ensuring secure, efficient, and reliable facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electricians, plumbers, drivers, mechanics, and other maintenance staff.

- Plan, schedule, and assign maintenance and repair work.

- Monitor team performance and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

- Conduct inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

- Coordinate with operations and management teams to minimize downtime and improve productivity.

- Manage preventive maintenance programs and maintain maintenance records.

- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility-related issues.

- Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance personnel.

- Order and manage tools, equipment,



and maintenance supplies as required.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within an industrial, manufacturing, construction, or maintenance environment.

- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance operations, and multiple trades.

- Experience supervising electricians, plumbers, drivers, mechanics, or other skilled trades personnel.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems is an asset.

Preferred Qualifications

- Trade certification or technical diploma is an asset.

- Experience in manufacturing, food processing, industrial plants, or large facility operations.

- Valid driver's license.
