About the Role
Coffee is your craft and your conversation. You pull precise espresso, dial in filters, and serve with the kind of attention that turns a first-timer into a regular. You know your origins, respect your equipment, and understand that the first drink sets the tone for the whole day.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso, filter coffee, and specialty beverages to BYND standards
- Dial in grinders and maintain consistency across every cup
- Develop genuine relationships with guests and turn first-timers into regulars
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar environment
- Uphold BYND's commitment to craft, precision, and artistry in every interaction
- Support the team through morning rushes and quieter afternoon hours with equal care
What We're Looking For
- A passion for coffee and hospitality as a craft
- Experience in a specialty coffee workplace preferred
- Knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and espresso technique
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven setting
- Someone who understands that every guest deserves the full experience
