Wholesale Branch Manager

Our well-established business is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Wholesale Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations, sales growth and strategic direction of our branch. In this role, you will hold the keys to the branch’s success - balancing operational efficiency with sales leadership. You will lead a dedicated team across sales, warehouse logistics, and customer service, fostering a culture of accountability, safety and top-tier performance. Job Duties

- Drive branch revenue by maintaining relationships with key wholesale accounts and identifying new market opportunities.
- Oversee inventory management, logistics, shipping/receiving and facility maintenance to ensure lean, accurate operations.
- Recruit, train, mentor and motivate branch staff, fostering a team-oriented and high performing work environment.
- Manage the branch P&L; and control operational expenses to maximize profitability.
- Ensure strict adherence to the corporate policies,



local regulations and safety standards set out.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3+ years of work experience in a supervisory/management role, with automotive experience being an asset, but not necessary.
- Must have a valid Driver’s license.
- Basic office administration, computer skills and understanding of P&L;’s.

Compensation

· This position offers a competitive salary which is negotiable based on experience, along with a very attractive bonus structure - which is unlimited based on profit. A company vehicle or vehicle allowance, company computer and cell phone will be provided, as well as great health and dental benefits, paid vacation and a pension plan.
