Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our energetic culinary team for QSR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality, presentation, and consistency
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Follow proper food safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in all work areas
- Ensure all food is stored correctly and inventory levels are managed appropriately
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours by maintaining a smooth workflow
- Adhere to health regulations and safety guidelines at all times




- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service through timely meal preparation

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards
- Strong understanding of the food industry and meal preparation processes
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Basic knowledge of serving procedures and food handling practices
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
