Riverbend Square dental centre is looking to hire a full time Dental hygiene coordinator to join their team.

Our ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

Dental administration - min 3 years
Ability to book patients by phone, email, text.
A good understanding of dental insurances.
Fantastic customer service skills.
A valuable team member that loves working in a large group.
Strong organizational skills.
The ability to stay on task and look for ways to improve.
Have used and understand how to use RecallMax/ dentrix or Dentally 7effieciently

The practice management software this clinic uses is Dentrix software but will be switching to Dentally in the fall.

We have a large hygiene program with 7+ hygienist running a day.

Hours:

Monday to Friday

9am - 5pm.

5 days a week - No Weekends

Pay will be dependent on experience.
