Negotiator - Contract - 19321

About the Opportunity

Our Government client is seeking experience Negotiators for a Collective Bargaining processes.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Develop bargaining strategies and approaches to support collective negotiations
Coordinate and provide training to the management bargaining team throughout the collective bargaining process, including negotiation procedures and related content
Serve as the Chief Spokesperson during collective bargaining negotiations
Manage the timing, pace, and overall coordination of the negotiation process
Prepare briefs, submissions, and arguments for presentation to third parties
About You

The successful candidate will have the following:
Must be licensed to practice law in the Province of Ontario and be a member of the Law Society of Ontario in good standing
5+ years’ experience on collective bargaining
Bilingual in French and English
Reliability Clearance

One year contract + 2-year extension
