EWC CANADA is currently seeking a full-time SITE SUPERINTENDENT (Contract Position) for the Altea Project in Edmonton, AB

Start Date: As soon as possible

Qualifications: YOU MUST HAVE:

· 5 years of relevant experience;

· general knowledge of all commercial construction related fields (including concrete, structural steel, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and finishing);

· robust multi-tasking abilities;

· effective communication skills to co-ordinate with clients, sub-trades, and coworkers.

· excellent attention to detail & paperwork organization;

· problem-solving skills.

· basic computer skills;

Position:

As a SITE SUPERINTENDENT for our Company, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple trades and general labour on the project site, including coordinating and overseeing the management of safety orientations, meetings and documentation. You must be able to work as a team with the Project Manager and other key company personnel to ensure the project meets (or is completed faster than) the schedule,



and to assist in coordination of building turnover.
