Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), the incumbent is responsible for managing the urban planning department.

Requirements

- Post secondary diploma in urban planning or in a related field
- Minimum three years of relevant experience
- Experience at a municipal level, an asset
- Excellent skills in writing and presenting reports
- Member of a recognized association of professional urban planners, an asset
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with the public, good judgment
- Excellent knowledge of French and English (oral and written)
- Leadership and professionalism
- Holder of a valid driver’s license

Any combination of relevant training and experience could be considered.

Remuneration and Benefits

This position has a pay scale from $77,252 to $93,989 annually. The Town offers a full and interesting range of benefits. The Town offers a very attractive complete range of perks (Insurance coverage, Employee Assistance Program, Defined benefit pension plan).
