Position Title: Field Supervisor – Waterproofing and Building Envelope Installation / Construction

Terms of Employment: Hourly, permanent full time (with overtime required as needed)

Position Description:

Oversee all field operations for the install of all types of waterproofing and building envelope products.

Position Duties:

- Ensuring crews are working safely
- Scheduling of crews
- Quality control of installation works
- Planning of equipment and materials
- Interfacing with site contacts
- Progress tracking
- Learning current products and installation techniques
- Implementing the installation of new products and techniques
- Reviewing all field related paperwork and processes
- Ensuring crews are working efficiently and to a high quality standard

Individual Requirements:

- Able to lift up to 100lbs
- Clean driver abstract
- English as first language or fluent
- CSTS
- First Aid Training

Previously Acquired Skills and Experiences That Would be an Asset:





The successful candidate will possess all or many of the following:

- Thorough understanding and experience with all construction safety protocols and expectations
- Minimum of 5 years, preferably 10 years of experience with waterproof/envelope membranes and systems
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry
- Experience managing a workforce of 20+ individual workers
- Experience with hot rubber or torch adhered membranes
- Experience with concrete coatings; urethanes, epoxies, polyaspartic, MMAs, etc.
- Experience with exterior grade caulking applications
- Experience with cementitious waterproofing
- Experience with working at heights
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings
