One of our manufacturing clients in Chatham-Kent area is looking for Production Supervisor for their plant

Shift - Day and Afternoon rotation

Pay Range - $70K-$80K

- Supervise daily stamping and press operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved.

- Coordinate manpower, machine utilization, and production schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

- Monitor press operations, tooling performance, and material flow to ensure smooth production processes.

- Troubleshoot production and equipment issues while working closely with maintenance and tool & die teams.

- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies.

- Train, mentor, and support production employees to improve performance, productivity, and teamwork.

- Conduct quality inspections and ensure products meet customer specifications and manufacturing standards.

- Maintain production reports, downtime records, and shift documentation.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, and process optimization.
