We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Laser Machine Technician with electronics experience and dependable to join our nationwide technical team and ensure the optimal performance of our equipment.

Job Description:
As a Laser Machine Technician, you will play a key role in supporting clients who own and operate our advanced SharpLight Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Your responsibilities will include the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic and laser systems integrated into our machinery.
- Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Repair or replace faulty components, including laser modules, circuit boards, power supplies, and electronic assemblies.
- Test equipment to ensure proper operation following repairs and installations.




- Document service work accurately and submit required reports.
- Collaborate with the Technical Support and Engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
- Provide professional, courteous customer support during onsite service visits.
- Travel to customer locations as required.

Must Haves:

- Electronics background is mandatory.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic equipment.
- Solid understanding of electronic circuits, power supplies, and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and move equipment when required.
