- The ideal candidate is passionate about furniture, comfortable creating short-form video content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), and has a strong understanding of social media trends and customer engagement.
- We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Social Media Associate who can assist customers in-store while creating high-quality product videos and engaging content to promote our brand across social media platforms.
- Applicants must be outgoing, camera-friendly, creative, and experienced in producing product videos and managing social media content to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and engage with them to understand their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate product features through engaging demos and explain technical specifications clearly
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling relevant items to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure products are well-stocked and organized




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple customers while maintaining a positive attitude
- Follow phone etiquette standards when assisting remote or in-store customers via calls or online chats

Requirements

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
- Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related fields is preferred
- Ability to conduct product demos confidently and explain technical details clearly
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent listening abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management
- Experience with merchandising, cashiering, and POS systems is a plus
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail in managing displays and stock levels
- Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor and skilled phone etiquette
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently
