New & Used Vehicle Sales Consultant

We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused New & Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a rapid-paced environment, and are driven to succeed, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

- Assist customers in finding the right new or pre-owned vehicle to fit their needs and budget
- Build strong relationships with customers through professional communication and follow-up
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Explain financing, leasing, warranties, and protection options
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and automotive trends
- Follow up with leads through phone, email, and social media
- Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer files

What We’re Looking For

- Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Positive attitude and self-motivated mindset
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and social media
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
