Duties

- Recruit, train, and onboard new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools for success.
- Communicate effectively with team members to set clear expectations and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Negotiate with clients and vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and open communication.




- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Experience
Candidates should possess a combination of relevant experience that demonstrates their capability in leadership roles. Preferred qualifications include:
- Proven experience in sales management or customer service roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in training development, showcasing the ability to enhance team capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective interactions with team members and clients.
- A background in recruiting is advantageous, as it contributes to building a strong team foundation.
