Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Foreman to oversee construction projects on-site, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to project specifications in the excavation industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a comprehensive understanding of construction management processes. This role involves supervising daily activities, coordinating with teams, and maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Duties

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site, ensuring safety and efficiency
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide project execution
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 for scheduling, documentation, and communication
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and assist with construction estimating to maintain financial accuracy




- Monitor progress against project timelines and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines
- Lead and supervise subcontractors and team members, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and project specifications
- Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in the excavation industry with a strong understanding of site operations
- Extensive construction experience including blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations on construction sites
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and perform accurate construction budgeting tasks
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders

This position requires a proactive professional capable of managing complex projects while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
